1.1 Explore the Study Design

The sunburst plot in the Explore Study Design Box allows to dynamically visualize the sample groups present in the study. Up to three study variables can be nested to define the grouping to be displayed. Per default, the main study variable, as defined at the start of the project is displayed.

Use the download button at the top-right of the plot, to save the figure as .png

1.2 Sample Details Table

The Sample Details Table displays the studies sample manifest as provided by the customer and extended by Biognosys as needed. Use the donwload buttons at the top-left of the table to save the table to various file formats.
