8 Protein List

This page allows you to explore further protein details of the analytes selected in the analysis sections before.

8.1 Proteins of Interest

The selected analytes are listed in the Proteins of Interest tab including their median protein intensity, their Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) and their Coefficient of Variation (CV). Analytes can be removed from the list by the Actions button on the very right of the page. The list can be exported as csv. or .xlsl file. In order to view the protein intensities of the analytes across all samples click on View Raw Data. Also here the list can be exported as csv. or .xlsl file.

8.2 Protein Details Tab

The Protein Details Tab provides further information about analytes selected in the list above. The Protein Structure Tab provides you with information regarding the protein 3D structure and the topology of the selected analyte with quantifier peptides red marked. The box below shows the position of the quantifier peptide in the primary protein sequence.

8.3 Analyte Boxplot Tab

Box plots show the median log2 protein intensity of selected analyte across the different samples groups.
